Only one thing you got your salary at time. In covid-19 lockdown they didn't support.

There is no help provided by company. One of my friend suffered from covid-19 due to work in the company in lockdown period. But company didn't help Financial.

This company is too good for freshers. This organization has new technologies & working schedule that freshers can easily understand and can grow their carrier.

This organization is too good. This organization has a global name. But all private sectors, employees are forced to work more than 8.5 hours.(8:30) and company pay the salary only for their fix amount. that's why most of people run after governments jobs because there has a fix time schedule, good income & good job security. Dear ma'am/sir, All private sectors employees situation are not good. they have to do extra work in fix income. They have no time to spend with their families. So pls stop this type of work. New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
