Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

People keep joining and leaving the company every month. Why?. Because the boss is a lunatic. He expects his employees to make no small mistake at all. If he does even find a small mistake in them, he will give a 1 hour meeting to give them a piece of his mind. Most of the time is wasted in these stupid meetings everyday( him giving the same gyan to his employees). I write this review , so that I care . Don't fall for this, don't work for this rude and arrogant person .
