People keep joining and leaving the company every month. Why?. Because the boss is a lunatic. He expects his employees to make no small mistake at all. If he does even find a small mistake in them, he will give a 1 hour meeting to give them a piece of his mind. Most of the time is wasted in these stupid meetings everyday( him giving the same gyan to his employees). I write this review , so that I care . Don't fall for this, don't work for this rude and arrogant person . Working for a good boss and a good human being is absolutely important, otherwise you will know when you join this company ....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
