Regular buttering has to be done to bosses.

Dislikes

No work life balance. No proper management. Unethical practices are done forcefully. Promises made at the time of interview are not fulfilled. Investors have wasted their money by investing in this worst company. Director is very much arrogant.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
