Late promotion and less increment Specially in the Quality control & QA Department & Filling Department Education vale is zero. The Difference in the Education of a Diploma Holder person & Master Degree Holder person is nothing There are many Employees in the company who do not speak C learly due to the Job security but They are Suffering pain of Less promotion & less increment Admin are very lazy & Don't Focus Cleaning and Hygiene in the Some Department like Water base Main building of President office are properly clean but Other buliding of SKD 2 ( Water base) not proper cleaning and Hygienic Last time when I was Asked the Question ⁉️ that what is the reason of no any promotion & Increment While According you I am perfect then why I couldn't Getting the benifit Company Growth is 30% But Mostly salary of Employees Deducted by the bed policy of HR (cc) What's is this? Some local people are creating problem & There are no any control by admin or plant head I was wrongly transfers in the other department ( Qc) because I was Show the lower Quality of Extender to the Party But my junior Jaint was interfere & Stoping me & when I was Strictly asking him in the WhatsApp message that why he was stopping me Then he make a lamp Excuse in the presence of management that late night i was Trouble him and want kill him While he wasn't pickup my call and only he was receive a what's app Message in which i was asking the reason that Why Jaint you want Remove the inferior quality of beg Which was very shameful One side my senior Mr. mukul say me Keep the inferior quality of beg & Other side my junior Jaint try to remove the bag What I do when Party take the proof of inferior quality bag But no one take my side and not give me a chance for proof me my Points by which i can proof myself that I am a innocent I was doing my job honestly...Read More
