No school or Management is bad or good but your work makes them good or bad. So, work hard with full dedication which makes us as well as others satisfied.

Dislikes

Nothing, I went to school and jouned with my consent, so how I dislike any of three schools in which I have worked or working. Whatever I am today the whole credit goes to my Mentors who trusts me and make me growing.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
