No job security, work culture is not good due to bad management persons and seniors, company policies are not good.

I worked for approx 2 years in product marketing. Products is good but company management dont support employees. In covid time management fired many of his employees. Seniors are not helpfull they always try to pressurize the Junior employees.

No job security. Company kick off his employees during lockdown. Company policies are not good for field workers. Salary cutting policies are their. Management is done by those people who don't have any idea how to coordinate with employees, so this company is in degrowth year by year.

There's no Company policy.There's no transparency.Only Manager base Company they think and applied policies their own policies no one is here to take care or to take feedback from the field staff.

No transparency no ethics,cheap managers with really poor in manners.In sales review meeting or any meetings they never make arrangement even of a cup of or a glass of cold water for sales representative.No fooding arrangement specially in BRITISH LIFESCIENCE Divsion.Mr Sourav Mukherjee DGM,is really too poor in etiquette and manners

As in every company , all management and boss are actually having leadership quality & made us to learn , but in my case I was unfortunate that I got immediate boss who I think don't deserve the place in British biologicals and also loss my previous time in great company with good upper management ,later on he was fired but it's also lesson to work with this kind of bosses too
