I like the VP but he is eluded from the employees. My sincere request would be to run a survey anonymously so that VP can know the reality.

Dislikes

Worst Management. Especially in Salem branch you cannot grow beyond the Manager in Day shift. At the senior manager level they use Google translate to convert the client emails into Tamil which is first of its kind. The VP of the company is really good but we cannot go beyond the two managers in Salem. If you do it you will be targeted. It's a small company but the politics played especially in Salem branch is worst....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
