Worst company to work with.... Do not join even if you do not have any other offer.

This is worst of the worst company to work with. They do not have new customers/projects, they are just dragging out the old projects with outdated technologies. NO NEW CUSTOMERS .... NO NEW PROJECTS..... ALL Existing CUSTOMERS are going away from them. NO NEW LEARNING. THEY WILL DOWNGRADE your SKILLs DO NOT JOIN at Any CTC. HRs and Leaders and the RMO are working without any linkage between them ZERO coordination between management, HR and leadership. they three act like GANDHI's 3 MONKEYs. All people are seating at top brass are just enjoying their salary parks no VISION no DIRECTION If you join this Org, it will be like you are riding a bus who's driver is BLIND. You will be haired at big pay (Bluff) and fired very silently wothout any prior notice. They will promise to give 3 months pay to support financially, But they actually do not do even you follow-up or call to HR team. I didn't like as a fresher plz my only suggestion is look at another option . They just hiring you simply keeps on bench for 8-9 month and then kick off . They don't think about employees feeling and as a fresher we can't afford it.

Good culture, but if your manager is not supporting you then no one supports you.Dont even HR also. Example : After my maternity leave m exited to join agin but manager already decide to move me so they first move me from team then company .so if you are bristlcone employee or going to be employees then make sure you will get your team transfer on paper or job security first then move to another team or project. Still company employees doing WFH which is not allowed me because of management decided. Job security zero plus no one support you....Read More
