My humble request with anyone willing to join this company as Retail Sales Associate is join at your own risk. This job is hectic mainly involving lifting 100-200 boxes of liquor stocks. Work hours are terrible. You need to work for atleast 12 hours. Overtime payments are paid after 2 months which will be miniscule. You don't getweekly offs. Sometimes you are made to work for 10 days at a strech. Your health, work-life balance will go for a toss. I myself have seen many people quitting the job within a day! In terms of working you would be learning lots about spirits and wines. The only matter offact is the work culture in which every organization faces. But apart from that the company is really good

The work culture and the higher officials. They take too mich off advantage to the employees and due to that reason the new joinees who are coming are not stabilizing. They immediately leave their jobs.

Here my reporting manager and the entire Bangalore team is very good

First company policies are worst only 6 annual company leaves, for employees medical policies are just 1 lakhs, no staff well fare, yearly increment/incentive just 2k and the festival bonus rs.500/1000/2000. About work they're paying we have to work whatever they says, in this COVID situation company and business closed 37 days we all got March full salary after April to till date they're deducted 20% on our gross.
