At Brilyant, everyone says and believes to be one big family. The management, keeping in mind everyone's well-being made compulsory Work-from-home a week before govt announced lockdown. It was a great initiative. Even during lockdown, management encouraged us to take up career enhancing courses and strove to keep everything together. Not a day of delay in crediting the salary. Dislikes

Work-life balance mostly tips towards work here. Every Saturday is a working day. And some of the holidays too. Performance appraisal doesn't happen as often for depts other than sales.
