Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. I have work 10- 12 hrs straight in a day and on the site 12-14 hrs.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?

Teammate are work in good process in the way they can't do any kind of mistake.The company is open to innovative and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am part of a team which is always near to me, high quality and has a global lient base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the us and cannada.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. sometimes, I have work 12-14 hours straight in day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late at shift time.
