Dislikes

The management need to interact with ground level people often on one to one basis so managementy can really understand the facts. Only thing I dislike is without knowing the facts action are faster . Efforts are not recognised. To improve on customer centricity is only hiring the right people who can take work load and be responsible for their jobs which I see is lacking.

Work Details

A very challenging hectic job after sales till product handover. It's more of interaction with the clients. If client requirements are met. It's a great learning experience.
