Learning opportunities are more, work culture is good, job security, IJP is good.

Work life balance is not good, they expect us to work even at home no matter if it's your time off with family friends or even an emergency, they expect us to work even at mid night, even if you work, there's no credit for it, somebody else will receive the credit, poor salary, they are ready to replace you with high salary new employee but they are not ready to acknowledge work done by us and make proper salary corrections.
