This company is good, & technical skill very good . I love the fact that I am a part of team that markets reliable high quality products and has a global clients base. Hardworking person benefit in this company.

Dislikes

The work very high pressure. Sometimes I have to work 12-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Work Details

Very hard work nd my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operations.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
