Company is for only taking money from innocent freshers , they told you give me money for traning and after training I will give you job . Company is a joke 🤣🤣 One day I saw this company advertisement for hiring software engineer for fresher and after apply in this company they demand of money from my side for 6 month training What is this man??? If you want some students for traning and taking money to become rich they why you post wrong advertisement like hiring for software developer, engineer,etc... You text me on whatsapp for taking money from my side what's going on with you guys .. I think your company is not a company It's a coaching , institute so please don't say it's software company okay And please don't advertise your wrong posts for hiring Just post for traning after taking money from students, graduates.....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
