They give salaries to the employee which is on their contract, no salaries for consultancy employee...

Dislikes

They are supporting me through covid 19 lockdown by *not* giving my salaries during whole lockdown period & when i told them for salary they asked me to find another job. The shift time starts at sharp 08:00 AM & closing time no limit, but not before 08:00 PM.

All are average in civil department but Mechanical department is good .

Compensation is good, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high . Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the mid-night.I am working as a Safety Officer on contact basis in Civil work/Department, poor value from Project Manager/Managers.They have to no know about safety culture but client pressure for show at site .Mechanical work/Department is good and value to all .
