Considering joining the company, not a good move for people aspiring in your careers, I had made this terrible mistake joining before pandemic, compromised on my salary , my designation since it was close to work and they offered work from home, but post my working from office they had a very bad attitude..CEO, AVP , VP , other managers are not approachable and lack comptence that you expect in leadership Unrealistic expectations, poorly designed infrastructure and reporting hirearcy. You pretty much easily can work on your communication skills if it's really poor, the job isn't monotonous, you get to learn new each n every time you get a new client based on the requirement. Pretty encouraging staff but not really in team

I feel there is no work life balance nowadays maybe becoz of the team mates and the team leader , we don't let to do what we wish to do.
