No Job Security No Job Satisfaction Don't fall the good reviews on the websites. The HR and Managers ask the employees to give good reviews. If you are new joinee or starter, this is not what you want to start from. You will learn very bad things which won't help you in future in big reputed companies. Lots of micromanagement. Poor L eadership skills. If you are in good terms with the Head/GM, then you can be anyone. No matter how much you slog or work hard, it won't be enough for them. Don't fall for the weekly reviews which they ask. Since they have made the reviews team wise, it becomes easy for them to pick the people out who might have given bad or average reviews.
