That it was work from home. I was lucky so initially I got a great TL who improved me getting better over the time. But later on my TL changed and the new one was a total buttering master.

Dislikes

Well there are a lot of things. First of all the management. They don't know how to do their own work. HR is super slow and she have every possible excuse ready. Take care of your PF because even if you leaves the job you will not be getting it anytime soon. You can get fired anytime if you're not a buttering master There is too much of politics. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
