It's a good place to learn . You have the best consultants who do amazing procedures . Workwise it's very enriching But the biggest flaw in the obgyn department. There is no hierarchy amongst registrars There are plain MBBS and BAMS MS hired in the department. After you have done your pg diploma MS MD , DNB it's sometimes demoralising and confusing honestly. They have no respect for u .. even the administration treats us all the same which is again confusing n sometimes is a big piss off . There is a lot of politics coz of the same mentioned scenario. There is no harmony coz of the discordance . That thing about all the people hired in the department irrespective of the degree knowledge experience in the field are treated the same One makes a mistake and you will be tortured. They say all are the same for us .But everyone have different work ethics. Correct the person who has made a mistake . Overall the work exposure the staff and the consultants are a dream to work with . U learn so much .. it's very enriching. If u have the patience it's a lovely place to be .. but if u consider the hierarchy in the medicine field it will be difficult for u .. some people do .. it's very much an obvious thing for them.
