It all depends on your managers. If you got good project and right managers then you will have some amount of work life balance. Otherwise some people at high position are so toxic who considers themselves as god and will treat you very badly. In the name of work delegation, they give you everything so that they can have work life balance

Dislikes

I dislike many factors such as lack of proper training, dependability on other verticals which will delay the work, no work life balance and toxic environment just because of few people.
