Dislikes

You need to forgot about personal- professional balance because of the heavy work schedule. Also I think the admin must be a little strict.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
