I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Dislikes

They didn't pay the salaries of lot of the employees except the one's who do the buttering to them. Saying that they didn't have projects. If people says okay we won't return your laptops (given by company - not brand new) unless you won't pay. Then these guys says the wouldn't issue the relieving letter/experience letter to such people. A lot of people including me had to leave 3-4 months of salary even after working hard sincerely.
