Nothing. Heaven to those who doesn't like to work. The promotion and increment will be same for all they don't ever consider how you have contributed to the company. If you got a good position better don't work just come and go that's the best way to sail the boat here.

From the start gate person to hr person to your department person everyone shows you the attitude. Worst place to work. Worst culture. If you are a passionate to your work they will use to the maximum extend possible and just throw you out. It's better to just gain experience and can't work more than 2 to 3 years. The toxicity and pollution is so high and second to one nkne even the NCR.
