Didn't work there but went for an interview. The whole experience was terrible right from the start

The interviewer who is also the owner of the place I believe, wouldn't even acknowledge a greeting and kept staring at my resume even as I entered. Spoke extremely arrogantly and seemed angry at something or someone. Told me that I had to do an assignment and submit and after that he will assess if I can join. I knew right then he had no plans to hire anyone he just wants information and wants to get work done free of cost. Pathetic place and person. I'm glad I didn't get a job here....Read More

At Brainwonders, all employees are treated with respect and are given equal oppurtunities to show their potential. The seniors also makes sure that juniors are motivated and give their best which is extremely positive and helpful. I got to learn alot about Digital Marketing and its key aspects from my team leader.

I joined Brainwonders as a content developer with a little experience , working with Brainwonders has immensely helped me as i have learnt not only how to make a content look appealing and easy to read but also to optimise it for the search engines. Seniors make sure that juniors are comfortable and support us throuh every task which is very positive and motivational.

The staff is very friendly and cooperative. They make you an all rounder in handling things. Nice place to work.

I think there is no proper training provided when you are new to the system and you are expected to give results within a week's time from your joining. I think they can improvise on the same.
