Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Also there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks have to guide them step by step, which create distraction between work.

Work Details

Generally Speaking, My work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire product development Strategies and distribution life cycle as well manage day to day yield operations. Pitching for my company as a developer gets tiring but its OK.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Super Company for fresher , you can get all the freedom and opportunity to grow and work on live projects.

Dislikes

As the company is not so big, so salary is a concern there. But yes for fresher you should not focus on it.
