the company is very good and the most important thing is that the teammates and the boss both are very cooperative to increase the company on a new hights and company also arrange a trip for all teammates for refreshment .

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high -quality products and has a global client base. Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Also there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks have to guide them step by step, which create distraction between work.

Generally Speaking, My work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire product development Strategies and distribution life cycle as well manage day to day yield operations. Pitching for my company as a developer gets tiring but its OK.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
