Brainium Information Technologies PVT LTD where I started working in 2014. At that time, it was AMS Technologies. My 11 years running with Brainium and I am so grateful that I got privileged with benefits. I must need to mention my management allowed me to take maternity leaves for a long period, remote working, work from home, so many benefits if I mentioned all, even not justifying. Brainium also has the policy of taking menstrual leave once in a month for female employees. I believe very few companies there who provide menstrual leave. Most importantly after my maternity leave Brainium also allowed me to rejoin for which I will be always grateful for my lifetime. I cannot remember anything negative about my employer, for me Brainium is 10 out of 10. The last two years have provided ample learning experiences, especially in managing and handling challenging tasks, and to be honest, I have thoroughly enjoyed it. Brainiujm promotes a positive work environment with a focus on continuous learning. Overall, it's been a rewarding experience that I would recommend to others starting their careers.

I've been enjoying my time at Brainium Information Technologies due to the positive work culture and the learning opportunities available. The management is supportive, allowing my learnings to implement and grow my career here. Additionally, the flexible work timings make it a great place to balance work and life effectively.

I would say the working atmosphere in Brainium amazing, from the very first day I have found everyone is very helpful and so friendly. You will get opportunities to learn new technologies that's the best thing also. Apart from all, there is one more thing I have to say about Brainium which is Brainium introduced 1 menstrual leave (paid) for women every month, which is really great initiative.

At Brainium Infotech, I found the equilibrium in personal and professional life. The sales team of most of the companies are very aggressive because of the unrealistic goal setting which takes a toll on mental health but here people are supportive, there's chance of growth. From the beginning I have felt the sense of belonging fromthe co-workers and my reporting head is very supportive and liberal. Everyone's voice is heard here in the team.
