we can study entire production flow like hot forming, heat treatment, surface treatment.

Dislikes

There is 400+ contract employees working in BrahMos Aerospace Thiruvananthapuram with very low basic payment. They will not provide decent salary to contract employees. this company cant move forward without these contract employees. Contract employees are the backbone of this company. Apprentices also have high workload. Company not providing any insurance to contract Engineers. All contract male employees ( technician, supervisor, engineers) should wear uniform ( this uniform material is low quality and not comfortable). Management also showing gender discrimination towards contract employees. Because female contract employees can wear any type of outfit, but male employees should wear uniform dress....Read More

I would like to say that here is a all facilities,no work pressure, specially for female are safe here. As I'm on contractual basis here is salary increase. Only Delhi government basis increase.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
