Its like the company you are working in a hellhole run by a bunch of incompetent, greedy, and abusive morons. They don't pay you properly, screw you over on your variable pay, and threaten to fire you if you even dare to raise a question. There's zero job security, and they create a toxic environment where you can't even work in peace. And don't even get me started on that manager - a walking, talking cesspool of toxicity.
