Its like the company you are working in a hellhole run by a bunch of incompetent, greedy, and abusive morons. They don't pay you properly, screw you over on your variable pay, and threaten to fire you if you even dare to raise a question. There's zero job security, and they create a toxic environment where you can't even work in peace. And don't even get me started on that manager - a walking, talking cesspool of toxicity. Worst Organization. The HR and upper level engineer managers are relatives of the CEO and have zero qualification. Doesn't even pay salary on time. Just want cheap labour and they won't even pay the salary which is agreed upon. If you want to ruin your career, please join this company.
