My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. World worst company the company policy of Contact engineers is so Much irritating and Life die situation for engineers. in Indore BPCL plant Their plant manager uses bad and abusive language to the entire Contract employee. i don't have seen this type of company their contract engineers work as Robot.
