1. Hybrid culture but with responsibility. 2. Company policies are there but differences of opinion must have to be served accordingly. 3. Timely remittance of salary 4. Leaves can be encashed whenever an financial year closes.

The management is pathetic, the payment is worse and the managers don't know anything about how to manage publishing. No training is provided and any changes in the appointment letter or freelance contract won't be notified to the respect employee. Not at all a great place to work. They don't know anything about Acquisition.

I worked with BPB in past they done big promises before joining and post joining they forgot everything. I feel, It's worst company to work with, No ethics , No rules , No payroll , No Plan just work in blind direction .
