It feels so great working with such a wonderful institution as it takes care of all the staff as well as the students, they are following all the norms of this pandemic and above all they took the initiative to be the volunteer for helping the needy during this period.

Dislikes

They should start recognising the caliber of the hard working teachers and give equal opportunity to all.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. Lots of ups and downs I have seen during my working years. I got the chance to wear multiple hats that helped me to experience different roles within same team

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
