There were no pay cut during the covid. The company provided a lot of covid benefits, incentives, covid kit, travel benefits to employees. Managers are never quirky if you ask for leaves it gets granted quickly.

Dislikes

There are certain bias people in the top management. And too much process oriented, omitting certain unnecessary process could help in smoother operation.

This is a great place to work. Colleagues are really nice, company culture is very nice. Every much employee centric. Boston knows how to treat their employees best even at the pandemic time there were no lay offs.

Dislikes

Very much process oriented which delays smoother operation of certain work. Eliminating certain processes could make work easy.

Boston is a great company to work for. Policies are very much employee friendly and management is also understanding. Work culture is great it keeps you motivated to deliver your best at any given point of time.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
