Dislikes

Hostile environment, poor management by narrow minded people in senior management, always blame goes to technical associates, managers never accept their poor management as the root cause of project problems, customer is not satisfied with the management

It all depends on your manager and not on the company as a whole. With recent cost cutting by the management company has lost its previous employee friendlyness and benefits. Management if you are likely and move close with then you get all benefits if not you won't get. After trying all means and working they didn't even kept their promise.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
