Salary and promotion takes too much time, mostly things are automated and less scope for learnings. Rely too much on process than skillgrowth

They have good team activities for very one work together.

They will not give everyone enough time to finish their work some of them need to work overtime everyday. They have meeting everyday that will take more time and we are not able to complete our work.

If you happen to fall in wrong team, you are dead meat. Because people at higher levels are more or less from the beginning of their careers. They have their own syndicate. Having said that, its few bad apples in the lot

I feel compare to other companies policies are good and not much work pressure.

Before joining Bosch, I feel Bosch is one of the best company and job secured. After joining I was changed my mindset, if you not perform well or you don't have any project, they ask you to put resignation or they will keeping you into LPM(PIP). Many policies are changed and also Bosch is service based company. My suggestion is while you joining don't feel Bosch is a job security company.

Low to Average Salary, Nepotism to the core, no respect for experience nd Job loyalty. No Value addition to your Profile, just People Management as most Business deals are won thro Bosch Germany.

Apart from work life balance, nothing can be appreciated about it. Your job security will be at stake if no projects are there , you ll be fired without any reason, pretends to be the best company unless you know it's insidious talk.

Work culture is good. Training sessions are informative and useful for growth. Employee policies are good.

Dislikes

Increment, Appraisal is worst. 2-3% max increment. Too much process for simple task. Currently due to over hiring, most of people are in bench in Bangalore location. Germany Bosch fired 7000+ people. And rumours are they will going to do same in Bangalore location (No projects at all)*

The hikes are really really less and its difficult for freshers especially as the hikes are lesser than the inflation precentage.
