As far as my dislikes about the organisaton are concerned, I wont say I dislike but would like to have improvements in below areas:- 1. Freedom to employees. 2. Employee Motivation. 3. Clear growth plan should be shared and discussed with all the employees and not the selected few. 4. Processes should be strengthened related to Production and Quality.

Facilities are better than others. Helping staff, HRM is one of the best.

Operations people not friendly (Some are rude and arrogant actually), not educative, not free for suggestions, old school techniques are used, Major cultural, working, Knowledge and financial gap between staff members and technicians or lower level management.

I have worked in the Bosch Chassis System India pune with 2 years, i liked bosch company management and I learned to much knowledge with bosh company.

I learned to much knowledge like how to operate machine, how to manage line works, how to control man power, how to manage small machine problems, and I learned( 5s, poka yoke, kiezen, materials management etc.).
