Policies need to be structured in line with entire Borosil group. More engagement activity should be planned for mid and junior level employees. Equal treatment at all levels.

No work life balance, Management is treating employee just like animals, Job security is zero, company can fire you any time. 24x7 working, no appreciation of work. Employee safety is zero, Bad working environment, No employee welfare, All the certification on the paper only and ground floor reality is just opposite.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
