One of the best company in Automotive and in Chennai. Good team. Lot of development programme for employees. Transperancy in every thing. Even during appraisal 1 to 1 discussion with HOD. No Partiality during increment. Lot of policies and even followed.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
