Hiring and Firing culture Management is don't deserve to call as management, they are not even educated enough, someone was Call centre executive, someone was card delivery boy before now moved as the Management..so now you understand what their seeds are.. No salary Hike 6 days working No leaves policy it's only exists on paper If you are a girl than you have a leverage to take breaks etc but if you are boy then expectations that you should come back in Bio- breaks with in 2 min, Politics in their culture, what will you expect when an underqualified team is in management. HR is dummy HR...they work to save their jobs nothing else.
