The people in the company who are senior do what they like , they layoff people whenever they want and then when they get chance to rehire they waste there time. Manager Radha mittal is very bad person and holds grudges with people. She does not let the people she don't like Excel in the company and they are thrown out. Hiring and Firing culture Management is don't deserve to call as management, they are not even educated enough, someone was Call centre executive, someone was card delivery boy before now moved as the Management..so now you understand what their seeds are.. No salary Hike 6 days working No leaves policy it's only exists on paper If you are a girl than you have a leverage to take breaks etc but if you are boy then expectations that you should come back in Bio- breaks with in 2 min, Politics in their culture, what will you expect when an underqualified team is in management.
