The best organization to work with, the MD Mr. Jain is a person who gives full opportunity to the people, irrespective one has experience of it or not, it all depends on you how you grab it. There is full freedom of working and taking the decisions related to your work. There are lot many people who have re joined the organization as just because of the work culture they provide.

Its very terrible & pressure and there is no job security, u can be thrown out at any time being pvt company and there is no growth at all.

pl. see above comments . There is no value for professionals and talent. its one man show . Directors are very traditional followers and non professionals having very poor education

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
