1. DQc team with 0 maturiy. Attitude & vengeance. Need to improve technically & SQC team will make your life hell, they can't provide solution for issues simply a blocker intentionally both the team will. Show their vengeance. 2. Medical benefits can be revised.

1. The highest paying company as per industrial standards. With the number of escalations and work pressure, the only thing that makes the employee think twice to put resignation is the CTC. 2. Good advertising. 3. Nice mood boards and presentations.

1. The quality of work and the workers hired for on-site work are pathetic and hence the end finishes are pathetic too. Hence there is no work satisfactory. 2. The company's agreement and the rules are more/only driven towards company benefit. Client gets looted at the end as they have already signed the agreement. 3. 9 out of 10 projects get escalated for some or the other reasons. The designer being the front face get to hear a lot. You need high confidence to sustain here. 4. Initially there were no targets.
