We can get learning in all departmental knowledge in routine job and mostly through fire fighting scenarios which helpful in finding other jobs. Low level management teammates support are good. Package will be good while joining aline and running behind boss. Nothing else.

There you won't get much time for training (except introductory period) poor planning & treating (unprofessional and dictating e.g. even for taking wife to pregnancy checkup, they insists parents to take care without giving you leave. Need to cry for everything) in Purchase dept headed by Kannan, 90% firefighting situations, forgetting work life balance. If any one quits because of it, the remaining overloaded is again loaded, if you fail because of that, appraisals will be poor mentioning that. They say alternative saturday off but only in HR, our head cancelled it. During my tenure more than 10 people quit within a year without completing a year.....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me.
