I would like to share one thing, this is the great company while all the situation aspect of job security and salary(specially COVID pandemic). For Freshers, it will give a growth platform from basic knowledge to management skills.

Motivation is necessary to deploy fully ourselves.

Alternate Saturday off was there . But to compensate that , need to work for 9 hours and 15 minutes on week days. Partially balanced
