Good team leader only but no managers and seniors

The enviornment is really toxic and always blame game going on. My team leader and me had good contact so they told me everything clearly that the seniors are creating unnecessary drama over sales. Every second day a team member is fired or terminated without notice. They hold salary and dont give experience letters also. Most of myteam membres dont got any experiece certificate even when they had good behaviors. The company is not good at all. They are playing with career of employees. And no result of complaining to directors. They are also equally abusive. One is in mumbai and one in Gurgaon. The mumbai director is not concerned about employee health. If you try to bootlick the director, you will get so much "respect" nd "value" for the next 11 months that even your parents not given you. But when it is your 11th month and you waiting for appraisal, this man will say you will get it in October or April (whichever is later). Good 11 months because of so much respect you will get. The only worst thing I got to know from my ex team members is that they give the worst employee reviews during background checks from other companies. All of my ex members got a negative review despite working so well and punctually. I will not recommend any new person to join Bondsindia.

This company is full of red flags. Right from the interview stage to the final stage after joining, you get to know all the lies they tell you. HR is not going to talk about the clauses you want. She will rather say, "ap pehle aage ke rounds do, tab baat kar lenge (you give further interview rounds, then we can figure out)" Next when you finally get selected from everyone then the sugar-coated liar comes Puneet Agarwal. He is going to be so sweet and laugh during the entire time and crack stupid jokes. But after you resign from your previous company n join his company you will see this hypocrite's real face. He will call you after office hours and keep office meetings that continue till 7-8 pm as well. He is very short tempered and shouts so much. Very wrong behaviour in this company. And when there was no result because customers are asking for specific features. He blamed everything on me and forced me to resign or get terminated. This happened with everybody here. I got to know most employees were forced to resign in this company. This company was the worst mistake of my life because thy are liers. I am hired by college placement and 3 people from this company came to select students. I missed many well opportunities and joint this company. First they hire me by giving so many wrong details of the company. I want to learn thats y i came to here but here they gave targets in first week. I tell the hr mam and she said "ab karo. kya hi kr skte h?" Everyone is lier here and in the morning and evening call the managers from mumbai n delhi location abuse u in front of everyone. And when u say u want to leave then they give u threats that we will make bad review for ur next company and when u stay here then they fire u immediately. I recommend no one to join this company. Very wrong behavior and Crm and call team sits separately and no one is allowed to talk. They listen to camera recordings to target employees n then they fire them instantly. The way hr and owners talk sweetly

But they always speak sweet lies. So the company doesnt put pressure on you. But they rather uses sweet and sugarcoated words to threaten you. All employees get threatened for no reasons. As a digital marketing executive the boss has so much arrogance to say that we have to sell bonds worth 10 crore in 24 hours or he will remove entire marketing team. Like what is this? You are not even doing google ads properly, nobody to manage fb ads, zero social media presence and you have so big dreams to even imagine doing so much. I joined the company last month in September and thankfully i met lots of good people who were facing same things in their department. Dont trust this company at all. I have resigned and left immediately but wait. Now hr comes and threatens that she will sue me for not serving the notice period of 3 MONTHS. Like yeah go ahead. This is the level of damage they want to do to your career. Dont join this company at all. Never recommended. and btw all reviews written by shivangi (ex employee), chanda (ex exployee), naveen (ex employee) and many more. They all are digital marketing poeple only. Many problems in this company. My senior are always abusing everyone. They hire people from different cities and states to Gurgaon and Mumbai and then they treat them very badly. Then these new people cant leave the company because they have invested so much in PG and accommodation. All the positive reviews are forced by our company people only. Chandan is always forces the SEO team to upload positive reviews. Dont believe anything. They have ruined career of many people. They also hold many peoples salary also after leaving company. And many employees have to leave company in minutes. They fire without considering anything. And after that all documents will be on hold for months. Very bad treatment. Varun and Birla are hitler. They dont consider employees as humans. HR is useless here. She can not do anything is a puppet of Ankit and Punit. Lastly dont join the company if you are coming from different city or state. You will regret working here. And if you work here then remember that all employees get a very very bad employee feedback review when they apply to somewhere else. All reviews on Google are done by Digital marketing team. Dont trust them at all. Zero employee satisfaction. All tech team is laid off without paying anything to them. Experience letters n releiving letters are on hold. If u wish to leave company then u will be forced to serve 3 months but if company forces u to put pprs down, thenu dont have a choice. The process is simple. They push you in PIP without any notice and warning. This decrease ur salary and then once PIP period is over.. you get terminated. When its ur time for increment, then the company will ignore u for days and weeks and months then when u decide to resign, then they will show their true colors. The directors will become ur enemy. They will show good things on face and bad on behind. When ur new company asks HR ID for your feedback, they write the most negative and wrong things in it. Never recommend this company to anyone.
