Many problems in this company. My senior are always abusing everyone. They hire people from different cities and states to Gurgaon and Mumbai and then they treat them very badly. Then these new people cant leave the company because they have invested so much in PG and accommodation. All the positive reviews are forced by our company people only. Chandan is always forces the SEO team to upload positive reviews. Dont believe anything. They have ruined career of many people. They also hold many peoples salary also after leaving company. And many employees have to leave company in minutes. They fire without considering anything. And after that all documents will be on hold for months. Very bad treatment. Varun and Birla are hitler. They dont consider employees as humans. HR is useless here. She can not do anything is a puppet of Ankit and Punit. Lastly dont join the company if you are coming from different city or state. You will regret working here. And if you work here then remember that all employees get a very very bad employee feedback review when they apply to somewhere else.
