Lack of proper Onboarding-From day one you are expected to perform Toxic work Culture- You need to be their to experience this one of a kind culture Inconsistent Leadership-2 founders , 2 vision both leading their own way and people don't know which one to follow . The one who abuse more always win. Low appraisal and demanding work hours- no appraisal or less than 10% and 24/7 Lack of resources and support- I started with 15 members now only 6 were there when i left and no body wants to join.
